Ordering:

 

Should I order in advance?

Yes!  We always suggest ordering in advance.

 

Can I order by phone or email?

Refunds:

 

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Although we do not offer refunds, we may offer a replacement sweet depending upon the circumstance.  We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit or delayed by the carrier.  

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps, or with building attendants.  Once delivery is confirmed, we are no longer responsible for the package.

 

 

Food Allergies:

 

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or sugar-free?

We bake several gluten-free items and are constantly working to add new menu items.  Please give us a call for additional information and current menu items.

We do not currently offer Vegan or Sugar -Free items

 

Are you a nut-free facility?

We are not a nut-free facility.

 

 

Shipping:

 

Do you ship outside the US?

We do not currently ship outside the US.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.  Please be sure to have a correct physical address.  We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for online shipping orders.

 

Do you require a signature for shipments?

We do not require a signature for shipments.  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend someone be present to receive the package.  We email tracking information so that you may follow your sweets journey.

 

 

Private Events and Catering:

 

Do you bake for weddings and other events?
